Support the Arts in Early Learning
Join us as we let off “STEAM” and celebrate the importance of the arts in the development of our Littles at South Side Early Learning. We are celebrating with a virtual gathering for our first-ever BIG LITTLE art auction: Wednesday, October 28th beginning at 7 p.m. It is free to participate, but along with an update on the brand new Little Art Gallery at the school, you will be able to support the work of SSEL through a silent auction of art, a live auction of art and opportunities to support the work that evening.
It has been a challenging year at every turn – but the team at SSEL has been committed to continuing to offer high-quality, holistic early learning for children from birth-to-five years of age. Your support along the way has allowed for the momentum to build classrooms - to expand and innovate - and apply it for the good of ALL children. Often overlooked in early education is the value of the arts. Research shows that art, when complemented with science, technology, engineering and math (STEM becomes STEAM), adds to positive development. All children should have the opportunity to be inspired by leveraging their strengths.
